Quiet is the deliverable.

We run the servers, mailboxes and backups for small firms across Milton Keynes and north Buckinghamshire. You hear from us once a month, in a report. Otherwise, not much.

02 Under our care

What we actually look after.

No two client estates are the same, but the list below is the shape of the work. If your kit is on it, we can take it on next month.

01

Microsoft 365 & Entra ID

Tenants, licensing, conditional access, shared mailboxes, the leavers nobody removed.

02

Windows Server & Hyper-V

On-premise hosts and the virtual machines on them. Patched on a published schedule.

03

Backup & offsite copies

Veeam to local disk, then out to a UK data centre. Restores tested, not assumed.

04

Firewalls, VPN & Wi-Fi

Site-to-site tunnels, remote access, access points that actually cover the far office.

05

Laptops and desktops

Build, enrol, patch, replace. Windows and macOS. Starters ready on their first morning.

06

Domains, DNS & hosting

Registrar, records, certificates and the VPS your website sits on. All in one place.

03 Who runs this

We were on the other end of the helpdesk.

Two of us came out of in-house IT. One from a logistics firm off the A422, one from a school trust with eleven sites and one server room that flooded. Both of us spent years on the receiving end of an outsourced desk that measured itself on tickets closed.

That is the wrong number. A closed ticket is not a solved problem. Often it is the same problem, closed again on Thursday.

So we built the opposite. A fixed fee per user. Monitoring that wakes us before it reaches you. And a written report each month showing what we changed, rather than what we answered.

We do not do break-fix.

If the plan is to call someone only once it has already stopped, we are the wrong firm, and we will say so on the first call rather than the third invoice.

What it costs.

Most providers bill per ticket. That pays them to be slow. Tap a line to add it to your enquiry.

Prices are a guide and confirmed after a site visit. Twelve months on managed support, then rolling monthly. Project work carries no tie-in.

01

Audit

We count everything. Devices, licences, admin accounts, backup jobs, the domain nobody has logged into since 2023. You get the inventory whether or not you hire us.

02

Stabilise

The findings that keep people awake get fixed first. Usually that is backups, admin rights and one firewall rule left open for a supplier who left.

03

Run

Monitoring goes on, the helpdesk opens, and your staff get one address to write to. Handover from an existing provider is our job, not yours.

04

Report

One document, monthly. What changed, what is due for renewal, what we recommend spending on next. Two pages, no dashboard login required.

06 Asked before

The questions that come up.

Twelve months on managed support, then it rolls monthly with thirty days' notice either way. Projects, installations and certification work carry no tie-in at all.

Anything that stops the whole office working: email down, no internet, a server offline, a suspected breach. We answer those within the hour during staffed cover, and the monitoring usually raises them before anyone rings.

UK data centres. Backups, hosted servers and offsite copies all stay in the United Kingdom, and we will name the facility in the contract. Microsoft 365 tenants are set to UK data residency where the licence allows it.

Yes. Mixed estates are normal here, especially in design and marketing teams. macOS devices are enrolled and patched alongside the Windows machines and cost the same per user.

We ask for read-only access first and run the audit alongside them, so you see the state of things before you give anyone notice. If you go ahead, we collect credentials, documentation and licence ownership from the outgoing provider. That conversation is ours to have.

07 Where we go

On site within the hour.

Remote covers most of it. When it needs hands, we drive. Our office is on Syon Gardens in Newport Pagnell, which puts most of the towns below inside forty minutes.

Send us the list of what breaks.

We will tell you what it would take to stop it, and what that costs, before you commit to anything.
